Know Before You Go: Your Guide to the 2026 Nexo Dallas Open

You’re headed to a week of world-class tennis, great food and drinks, and plenty to do off the court at the 2026 Nexo Dallas Open (Feb. 7–15) at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Whether it’s your first visit or your annual tradition, use this guide to plan your day—from arrival and entry, to where to hang, what to eat, and how to catch the players up close.

1) Getting Here

2) Parking + Transportation

Parking (Free + First Come, First Served)

Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lots and garages around The Star District. Plan to arrive early—especially on weekends and for evening sessions—to ensure smooth entry.

Prefer not to drive?

Thanks to ALTO, our official ride-share partner, getting to and from the tournament is simple.

3) Tickets + Seating Basics

Reserved Seating

Your ticket includes access to Center Court with the assigned seating listed on it. Please sit in your designated seat (no seat-switching).

Grandstand Access

Access to the Grandstand Court is included with your ticket and is first-come, first-served.

Practice Courts

There are 4 practice courts located on site. Fans may sit in the bleacher seating on either side of the arena to watch practice or journey down to the floor of the court to watch courtside.

Re-entry

Re-entry is allowed! Make sure you head on out and enjoy the Fan Zone during breaks in play. We will have player meet-and-greets, music, shopping, and more, all in the Fan Zone!

Children’s Tickets

Kids over 24 months will need their own ticket. Join us for Kids Weekend, February 7 and 8, where kids are free with the purchase of an adult ticket! Use ACCESS CODE KIDSBOGO to unlock the inventory to buy one adult ticket and get one child ticket free. 

4) Premium Seating (If You’re Upgrading)

Take your Nexo Dallas Open experience to the next level with premium seats and lounge access.

Nexo Courtside Seats

Our biggest seats yet! High-back plush seating with cup holders and a tray table right up against the sideline of Center Court. Every Nexo Courtside Seat includes all-inclusive food and beverage, plus nightly player meet-and-greets in the exclusive Choctaw Club.

Comfort Loge

Enjoy premium sideline views from extra-plush, high-back chairs. Comfort Loge seats include all-inclusive food and beverage in the Comfort Loge Lounge, plus nightly player meet-and-greets.

Frisco Social Club

Join the party at the Frisco Social Club. These seats feature elevated seating with a premium party deck overlooking both the Grandstand Court and Center Court! A bar and light food are available for purchase at the top of the party deck, so you never have to go far.

Choctaw Club

The all-inclusive Choctaw Club offers a premium tournament experience featuring nightly player meet-and-greets, upscale food, and beverages. Guests enjoy handcrafted cocktails, an elevated buffet, and gourmet snacks throughout the session, along with excellent views of the Grandstand Court. Access to the Choctaw Club is available through courtside boxes and suites.

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove 40 Love Suite

Take in a full-court view from this all-in-one suite and seat combo! The Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove 40 Love Suite includes all-inclusive food and beverage, seating located inside the suite, and private bathrooms just steps away. Players will also hold nightly meet-and-greets in the suite during each session.

5) What You Can Bring (And What You Can’t)

Approved Bags

  • Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Clear, resealable 1-gallon bags
  • Wristlets no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

Prohibited Items

No outside food/drink, animals (except service animals), firearms, fireworks, signs on sticks, drones, footballs, illegal substances, knives, laser pointers, noisemakers, or clothing with profanity.

 

6) Watching Players + Practice Courts

Matches are played on two courts—Stadium Court and Grandstand Court—and there are four nearby practice courts where you can watch players warm up and prepare for their matches.

💡 Pro tip: Practice courts are a great place to catch players up close and see them working with their teams.

 

7) What’s Happening On-Site

Fan Zone (Open to the public)

The Fan Zone is located at Tostitos Championship Plaza and features interactive activations, such as Speed of Serve, multiball, and player Q&As. The Fan Zone does not require a ticket and is open to the public.

Special Highlights

  • Saturday, Feb. 7, and Sunday, Feb. 8: Kids Weekend presented by Dallas Tennis offers free admission for ages 16 and under, face painting, balloon artists, and special player meet-and-greets.
  • Feb. 7 | 8 p.m.: The All-American Classic presented by Baker Tilly features American legends returning to the court, including Andy Roddick, John McEnroe, John Isner, and Sam Querrey, going head-to-head for an unforgettable night.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026 | 11 a.m.: Ladies Day Brunch presented by Kendra Scott (special ticket package).

  • Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026 | 9:30 a.m.: Ladies Tennis Clinic presented by Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital (special ticket package)
  • Friday Night Lights (Feb. 13): Friday night is going full Texas football 🏈 — catch the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders at 6:55 p.m., plus a live band during stoppages and more surprises all night.
