FRISCO, Texas (January 14, 2026) – The Nexo Dallas Open today announced the official player field for the 2026 ATP Tour 500 tournament, scheduled for February 7–15, 2026, at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco.

Competing under a new title sponsor, the Nexo Dallas Open will once again feature one of the strongest fields of any indoor tournament on the ATP Tour. The 2026 main draw includes seven top-25 players, a deep American contingent, and representation from nine different countries across Europe, North America and beyond.

The tournament is highlighted by four of the highest-ranked American players in the world — Ben Shelton, Taylor Fritz, Tommy Paul, and 2025 Next Gen ATP Finals Champion Learner Tien — all of whom are scheduled to compete in North Texas. They are joined by Casper Ruud (Norway), Grigor Dimitrov (Bulgaria), Defending Nexo Dallas Open Champion Denis Shapovalov (Canada) and several notable players.

“This year’s player field reflects the continued growth of the Nexo Dallas Open and our place among the premier events on the ATP Tour,” said Peter Lebedevs, Tournament Director of the Nexo Dallas Open. “With a strong mix of established stars, elite American talent and emerging players, fans can expect an outstanding week of world-class tennis.”

Shelton, the top-ranked American and one of the tour’s most electrifying young players, will make his third consecutive appearance in Dallas. Shelton is a three-time winner on the ATP Tour, including one title in 2025 (Toronto) and a two-time Grand Slam semifinalist, including last year’s Australian Open. Fritz, currently ranked world No. 9, returns to Dallas after multiple strong showings at the event and remains a fixture among the ATP Tour’s elite. The addition of Tiafoe and Paul — both fan favorites — further bolsters a field that features one of the largest American presences of any ATP 500 tournament worldwide.

Two former Nexo Dallas Open champions, Tommy Paul and Reilly Opelka, are scheduled to compete, alongside fellow Americans Sebastian Korda, Brandon Nakashima, Marcos Giron, Alex Michelsen, Jenson Brooksby, Learner Tien and Aleksandar Kovacevic.

International standouts in the field include Casper Ruud, a former world No. 2 and Grand Slam finalist; Grigor Dimitrov, a former ATP Finals champion; Denis Shapovalov; Marin Cilic; Adrian Mannarino; Matteo Arnaldi; Alejandro Davidovich Fokina; and others.

SMU junior Trevor Svajda has accepted a Dallas Open wild card invitation. The 2025 NCAA Singles Championship Runner-Up Svajda made his ATP Tour debut at the 2024 Dallas Open, falling in the first qualifying round.
